  Gerry Hill, , December 2006 said in a postem at my Rootsweb site: They had Palestine Elizabeth Judson Avent married John Causey CSA Casualty; their dtr Willie Ann Causey married James Irby Roberts and had my Grandmother Georgia Judson Roberts who married William Eudonah Brown and had my Father Eudonah Causey Brown married Nina Ruth Hooks-and had me- Geraldine Brown James Stanford Aven was born in Chatham Co. NC 25 Oct. 1810. By 1820 his Folks were in Carroll Co. Tn., where he lived until adulthood. He then, for some reason, came to Henry Co. Ga. and married Rebecca Rogers 1837 there. She was the child of Elisha Rogers (and Mary Hall, married Putnam), and he was the child of Matilda Rogers (And Amos Aven)
